Contract & Term
For every MacBook, we offer flexible lease terms of 24 to 60 months. A one-time initial payment is required at checkout; it is part of the lease agreement and is not refunded. You'll digitally sign a straightforward contract that outlines our clear terms and conditions. Please be aware that early termination of the agreement is not possible.
Support & Assistance
Our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you with any issues you may encounter. Your MacBook is enrolled in Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP), which enables us to provide efficient remote assistance for all your software and hardware inquiries. This ensures that you receive quick and effective solutions, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.
End of Term
Once your lease term concludes successfully, you gain full ownership of the MacBook, making it yours to keep. You then have the option to start a new lease with an upgraded model, or you can simply continue to use your current MacBook for as long as you like. The choice is entirely yours, providing a seamless transition.

With JUUZ., you choose the laptop that suits you, configure it and select the lease term available for that model. Add the device to your cart and complete the application online. At checkout, you make the one-time initial payment shown for your selected model. This payment is part of the lease agreement and is not refunded.
After your application is approved, JUUZ. delivers your laptop. You then pay a fixed monthly amount for the selected term. Once the agreement is completed successfully, the laptop becomes yours.
The lease term depends on the model you choose. Current options are:

Laptop lease is available to private customers, students, self-employed professionals and businesses. You need to have an income, and the agreement is signed completely online. JUUZ. carries out a credit check but does not register the lease agreement with BKR.
Yes. When you take out a laptop lease, you make a one-time initial payment at checkout. It is part of the lease agreement and is not refunded. The amount depends on the MacBook model:
The credit check normally takes up to 24 hours and is usually completed within 12 hours. Once your order is prepared, delivery with PostNL normally takes 1–2 business days. If your chosen laptop needs to be ordered from the distributor, the total delivery time can be around 1–2 weeks.
If your laptop stops working, contact JUUZ. New MacBooks on lease have a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use. JUUZ. arranges warranty repair or replacement.
Damage caused by drops or liquid, software problems and cosmetic wear are not covered by the warranty.
At the end of the lease term, the laptop becomes your property.
